How far in advance should I plan my project?

We recommend starting the planning process at least 2–4 months in advance, especially for larger renovations or custom builds. This allows time for design, estimates, permits, and scheduling. The more time we have to plan properly, the smoother the project will go. If you're working with a specific deadline, let us know early so we can do our best to accommodate it.

What if my budget changes during the project?

We understand that budgets can shift, and we’re here to work with you. If your budget changes during the project, whether you need to scale back or decide to add upgrades, we’ll discuss the options with you, provide updated pricing, and get your approval before moving forward. Transparency is key, and we’ll always communicate clearly so there are no surprises.

What are the most common causes of project delays?

Delays can happen for a variety of reasons, including unexpected site conditions, permit or inspection wait times, weather, and availability of materials or subcontractors. We always plan carefully to minimize delays and keep you informed if any issues arise. Clear communication and flexibility help us navigate challenges and keep your project on track.

We take care of the permitting process for you. Our team will handle all necessary applications and coordinate with local building departments to ensure your project meets all code requirements. You won’t need to worry about the paperwork, we’ve got it covered.

Can I live in my home during the renovation?

In many cases, yes, you can remain in your home during the renovation. However, it depends on the scope of work. For smaller projects or work limited to certain areas, staying in the home is usually manageable. For larger renovations (like kitchens, bathrooms, or full-home remodels), it might be more comfortable and practical to make alternate living arrangements. We'll discuss this with you during the planning phase to help you make the best decision for your situation..
