“In 2022, we purchased a house that was about 80% complete. Occupancy permit was in place, but kitchen, ensuite, stairs and downstairs rec room were all unfinished, and there was also some exterior work to be done. We called Shining Knight to request an estimate before we made any offer on the property. Josh came out to view the house with us the next day, and provided a prompt estimate, which we felt was very fair. There were some delays getting started, mostly due to staff illness and supply chain delays, but we moved in and work started right away. All the trades people were professional, skilled, and respectful of the fact that they were working in our living space. As time went on we requested some extra work not in the original estimate (interior painting and building a garden shed), which were also completed in a timely manner. A year later, we remain completely satisfied with the work done by Josh and his crew, and would happily recommend Shining Knight for any construction work.”
