CONSULTATION
We begin with an Initial Site Visit to walk through your project, discuss your vision, budget and timeline, and gather the information needed to determine the best approach.
We’ll take measurements and photos, answer your questions, and make sure we understand your goals.

COLLABORATIVE DESIGN
Following your Initial Site Visit, we develop a preliminary estimate based on the proposed scope and designs.
We’ll review the proposal with you, discuss your budget and timeline, answer questions, and make any necessary adjustments before moving forward.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Once you’re happy with the proposal and ready to move forward, we’ll Finalize the Scope and project details, sign the construction contract, and collect the required deposit.
We’ll then begin preparing for construction, including finalizing the schedule, coordinating trades, and confirming materials and selections.

CONSTRUCTION
Once everything is finalized, construction begins. Our Project Manager coordinates the trades, schedule, materials, inspections, and day-to-day details while keeping you informed throughout the project.
Through our dedicated Buildertrend client portal, you’ll have easy access to project updates, communication, schedules, and important information along the way.

COMPLETION
As your project nears completion, we’ll conduct a detailed walkthrough with you to review the finished work and address any final items. We’ll make sure everything has been completed to the highest standards before officially wrapping up your project and handing your newly transformed space back to you to enjoy!
