Pre-Meeting Information
With your appointment booked, it's time to prepare for your Initial Site Visit. Here's what you can expect during our time together.
Our Pre-Construction Manager, Danielle, will visit your home along with one of our Project Managers Dave, Shane, or Josh to review and discuss your project ideas.
Please ensure that we have access to the rooms involved in your project, as well as any adjoining spaces. We may also need to inspect your electrical panel, attic, and/or crawlspace to gain a complete understanding of the site conditions.
If you’re considering a carriage home, we will also review the proposed outdoor location, including site access, layout, and any relevant property considerations.
During the visit, we’ll ask questions to fully understand your vision and the scope of work to be included in the initial proposal. We’ll also take measurements and photographs of the project area and let you know when to expect your estimate.
This visit will lead to an initial proposal review. Once everyone has had a chance to review it, we’ll move forward with finalizing your design and finish selections. These updates will be reflected in a revised proposal. This phase may involve support from a Designer, and it’s normal for the proposal to go through a few iterations before we arrive at a final estimate.
We're happy to answer any questions you may have about your project or what it’s like to work with Shining Knight Construction.
Thank you for considering us for your project. We appreciate the opportunity to bring your project to life.
